Events and Venue Booking
Are you looking to hold an event in Ubin? With vast open spaces amidst lush greenery, our venues are suitable for all types of functions such as concerts, family days, sporting competitions and activities, as well as corporate affairs such as company retreats, workshops and meetings.
Fees are applicable for selected parks and usage of our venues is subject to our “Terms and Conditions for Use of Premises”.

Organised Group Activity Permit
You will need to apply for an Organised Group Activity Permit if:

Your event has more than 40 participants;

Your event is ticketed; and/or
-
Your event requires structural set up and/or amplified sound systems.
Do have these documents ready before proceeding with the application.:
- Applicant details
- Programme details (Eg. itinerary, hiking route etc)
Applications can only be made up to 2 months in advance. Please submit the application form at least 2 weeks before the date of the activity, or usage date.
Camping Permit
Permits are required to set up tents at our campsites, namely Jelutong, Mamam and Endut Senin Campsites. Camping. Please apply for a permit at least 2 weeks before the camping date and comply with the terms and conditions for camping, Find out more here.

Singaporeans or Permanent Residents can apply for the camping permit via the AXS system

Visitors with short-term visit pass and tourists interested in camping on Pulau Ubin can apply via this form.
Chek Jawa Wetlands Permit
A permit to conduct activities at Chek Jawa Wetlands and/or Pulau Sekudu is required when accessing off-trail areas for approved research purposes.
Please not that casual visitation on the publicly accessible trails and boardwalks do not require a permit.

Research Permit
Anyone who carries out any of the following whether for project-based, ad hoc or prospective studies in Singapore (including in our national parks, nature reserves or parkland) must apply for a research permit:

Taxonomic or ecological field studies.

Collecting research material.
The principal investigator or group leader of the research project should submit the research permit application on behalf of the group.
If you are a student from an educational institution and your research project is part of a degree or course requirement, your supervisor or teacher may apply on your behalf.
